VP of Utility Infrastructure
Mark Murray serves as Transglobal’s VP of Utility Infrastructure. Mark is an accomplished leader with more than 30 years of experience in the electric utility and energy industry with proven abilities in the areas of strategic planning, problem solving, research and making well-informed decisions. Positions of responsibility have included the direction and management of transmission and generation engineering departments, including system planning, transmission system maintenance, and project development, permitting and acquisition. His expertise in Public Lands has allowed him to provide expert testimony at the federal and state public regulatory agencies, during legislative sessions and in district court.
Mark’s broad utility background, extensive professional experience and eagerness to build teamwork are the foundations for his professional strengths. His focus, since joining Transglobal, has been developing the power sector and growing the client base of public utilities, electric cooperatives and renewable energy clients.
Mark is an active golfer and enjoys weekend golf outings with his wife. Mark enjoys working on his 1970 El Camino Ss and he also is a member of the Rio Grande Mustang Club and enjoys taking his Shelby GT500 to RGMC events.
