John Ratliff
Chief Executive Officer
John Ratliff is Co-Founder and currently serves as Transglobal’s Chief Executive Officer. John’s career began in the oil and gas industry as a landman. He credits these formative experiences as well as his mentors and partners in the first few years he spent as a landman to be instrumental in developing the concept for Transglobal, which was to combine multiple service offerings underneath one roof to better serve clients.
His goals are to continue to grow Transglobal Services by expanding the company’s geographical footprint, service offerings and the industries we serve. In tandem with this effort, John also notes that Transglobal remains committed to developing a culture focused on making a positive difference within the communities Transglobal touches and ensuring that TGS l remains a fun place to work that our employees can be proud of. It is through his leadership that TGS has become a paramount field service provider with diversified offerings that serve multiple sectors since its inception in 2007. He was instrumental in the successful completion of Transglobal’s recapitalization transaction by forming a partnership with Linx Partners in 2019. John appreciates everyone he has had an opportunity to work with and credits them with helping make the company successful through their contributions. He looks forward to all that the Transglobal family can achieve together in the future.
John is proud to be an active member of Big Brothers Big Sisters in Midland and has been a Big Brother for over five years. He is also a member of Young Presidents’ Organization, American Association of Petroleum Landman, and International Right-of-Way Association.
