Darrell Cherry
Design Department Manager
Darrell Cherry is Transglobal's Design Department Manager. He began his career in the field as an Instrument Tech and Party Chief on expansion projects for ExxonMobil, Lyondell and Enterprise Products. With over 20 years of experience in the oil and gas pipeline industry, Darrell takes pride in the quality of work that he and his team produce and makes it a priority to meet every client deadline.
Darrell brings the essence of who he is as a coach to the workplace to build and coach his team. In his role as the Department Manager of the newly created Design Department, he looks forward to building the talent on his team and working hand-in-hand with other Shared Services Departments and Project Managers to provide the highest quality product to our clients.
Darrell has a wife and 4 children and has always been very involved in his kids’ athletic endeavors, not only as a supportive dad on the sidelines but also as a coach for their teams. He still coaches his youngest son and enjoys teaching life lessons as well as baseball to great kids and future athletes.
