Director of People and Culture
Allison Graves is Transglobal’s Director of People and Culture. Allison has played a major role in the implementation of new systems and processes at Transglobal that position the company for future growth and scalability. She has over thirty years of experience that includes HR, payroll, training, customer service, and sales. Allison enjoys interacting with others and, in her words, is “an information junkie who is always looking for the next thing to learn and the next challenge to master.” As an example, in the first few months of handling safety for the company, Allison obtained safety certifications that include OSHA 30, PEC SafeLand, PEC H2S Clear, and is also certified as a PEC trainer. In December 2020, Allison received her SHRM-SCP certification. She completed her executive coach certification through Center for Executive Coaching in September 2021.
Pam Boyd and Bernie Beck of Dramatic Conclusions have had the biggest impact on her management and leadership development. As the Director of People and Culture, Allison is focused on coaching and developing Transglobal’s talented employees and creating a high-performance culture. She believes that people are the foundation of Transglobal and enjoys helping employees maximize their potential.
Allison is a Reiki Master and certified meditation teacher. In her free time, she teaches reiki classes in Dallas and practices yoga. She is a fan of Brené Brown, Byron Katie, and Caroline Myss. Her creative outlet is scrapbooking and cardmaking.
